Thank you for your letter of 21 September. As you will already know, your Ms B. Wilkins called on us last week and left some samples. We think that the quality and design are suitable for our market needs, and we are prepared to order the following as a trial order:

Please remember that our order is placed provided you can guarantee delivery before 30 November.
Por favor, recuerden que hacemos el pedido siempre y cuando puedan garantizarnos la entrega antes del 30 de noviembre.
If numbers 12 and 17 are not available for immediate delivery, as Ms Wilkins suggested might occur, please send us nos. 13 and 18 instead.
Si los números 12 y 17 no los tienen disponibles para entrega inmediata, como Ms Wilkins dijo que podría ocurrir, envíennos, por favor, los números 13 y 18 en su lugar.
As soon as we receive your confirmation and pro-forma invoice, we will arrange for settlement by banker´s transfer.
Tan pronto como recibamos su confirmación y su factura pro-forma, saldaremos la liquidación por transferencia bancaria.
